Custom-Fit, Installed and Taken Down for You
Pull into the driveway in December and the house is already glowing. We design the display around your home, custom-fit commercial-grade lights to its rooflines and trees, install them, keep them running all season, then take everything down and box it up in January. Classic white, red and white, or icicle — plus wreaths, wrapped trees and starlight spheres.

Design, materials, ladders, clips, timers, install and takedown are one job on one invoice. Nothing arrives at your door in a box for you to figure out.
We light the lines your house already has — rooflines, gables, the trees you see from the street — so the display looks composed rather than draped on.
We build the set for your house — commercial-grade LED strings cut to your rooflines, on clips sized to your gutter line, with timers. The first season you invest in that set; after that it is yours and it goes back up year after year.
If a run goes dark, call us and we come out. In January we take it all down, box it and label it, and put it away wherever you store it for the year.
Examples of scope, from core roofline lighting up to a full display. We walk the property with you and price the scope you actually want.
Clean, symmetrical, done in a day — the front roofline and gables in the color you choose, clipped tight to the shingle line.
Our most requested scope. Everything on the roof, and then the beds and trees you actually see from the street.
The house people slow down for — canopy lighting, second-story accents and a mid-season visit to keep it perfect.
Added to any scope above, or a small standalone job if the roofline isn't what you're after.
Installs run from early November through mid-December and the calendar fills in the order it's booked, so the earliest dates go first. Price depends on the roofline footage and the beds and trees included; we give you a fixed price after a short walkthrough, covering the custom-fit lights the first season, installation, the season itself and January takedown. Your lights are stored at your home between seasons.
Pick a look and we keep it consistent across the roof, the beds and the trees.

Warm white, tight to the roofline. The quietest option and the one that suits the most homes.

Alternating red and white across the eaves — traditional, cheerful, and unmistakable from the street.

Hanging drops off the eaves and porch. Best on homes with long, clean horizontal runs.
The questions we hear most often before booking a display.
It depends on the roofline footage, how many beds and trees are included, and which package you choose. We give you a fixed price after a short walkthrough — usually about twenty minutes at the house — covering the custom-fit lights the first season, installation, the season itself and January takedown. In following years you pay for installation and takedown only. No hourly billing and no surprises after the fact.
Yes — we only install lights we custom-fit for your home. The first season includes an investment in that set: commercial-grade strings cut to your rooflines, clips and timers, built specifically for your house. The set is yours from then on, and in following years we charge only for installation and takedown. Between seasons the boxed lights stay at your home.
Installs run from early November through mid-December, scheduled in the order they're booked. Book by October 1 to guarantee your display is up and lit before Thanksgiving. Takedown happens in January, on a date we set with you — everything comes off, gets boxed and labeled, and goes back into your garage until next season.
Call or text us and we come out and fix it. Watching the display through the season is part of the job, not an add-on — a run that fails in December is our problem to solve, not yours to climb up and diagnose.
Our own crew handles it, with our own ladders and fall protection, and we're licensed, bonded and insured. Clips attach to the shingle edge and gutter line — no nails, no staples, no holes in your fascia.
No — we install for new clients across the Eastside. If we already maintain your garden, the walkthrough is usually quicker since we know the property, and your install can be scheduled alongside your fall visits.
Woodinville, Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Sammamish, Bothell, Mercer Island, Medina, Clyde Hill, Edmonds, Woodway and Shoreline. If you're just outside that list, call us — depending on the week we can often still make it work.
Tell us about your home and we'll be in touch within one business day. Book by October 1 to guarantee installation before Thanksgiving.
